Terms of offer:

• Valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
• Limited to continental United States.
• If you are not happy for any reason, or decide that you can, in fact, live without a bidet (ha ha ha ha ha ; )), please contact us for an RMA number before you return to us. Returns without an RMA number are neither processed nor accepted. In the off cases that it is a restocking fee will be applied.
• Returned unit must be in working condition and have all original parts and accessories included. Units with damage beyond 30 day wear and tear will not be accepted.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping fees and must be returned via UPS with insurance. 
• 30 Day Test Drive Policy is valid for one (1) unit return per household, even if original order is multiple units. The purpose is to "test drive" and make sure you love it before outfitting all bathrooms.

Because our mission is to spread the cleanliness that bidet seats bring, we want you to be able to try washing your bum confident that we will stand behind our efforts.  We put our money where our mouth is. Any returned product can not be resold and is accepted at the expense of BidetGenius.
